Binswanger Hires C&W Global Heavyweight

PHILADELPHIA-Alec Monaghan's experience with Cushman & Wakefield's operations in Asia, Europe, Latin America and Canada adds clout to Binswanger's efforts to bolster business among multinational clients.

PHILADELPHIA-Locally based Binswanger/CBB names Alec Monaghan, a veteran of Cushman & Wakefield’s international operations, to the post of managing director, global accounts. He will operate from Binswanger headquarters here where he began his career as VP of commercial leasing in the local C&W office.

Following his 13 years in C&W’s local office, Monaghan relocated to the Hong Kong office of C&W where he spearheaded expansion of major companies into Asia and the Pacific region. Later he moved to the company’s London office as director of European operations. Most recently, as a director of international operations at C&W in New York, Monaghan had responsibilities for business in Latin America and Canada.
