The property sold for $700,000, or $70 per sf. Lewis Masonry & Concrete was the seller of the property, located at 2280 Bruner Lane in South Commercial Park. The front building is 8,360 sf, and the rear building is 1,568 sf. The land totals 2.1 acres, 1.29 acres of which is vacant and fenced.

This is the first designated site for the automobile collection, which previously was held in storage warehouses, according to Paul A. Sands, a broker involved in the sale.

Lewis Masonry & Concrete is relocating to a five-acre parcel it owns further south in the city.
