In addition, Millie Munoz has joined Trammell Crow's local office as a property manager. In the new position, Munoz oversees 500,000 sf of industrial and retail properties in Miami-Dade County, including the company's portfolio in Americas' Gateway industrial park in the Airport West submarket of the city. Previously, Munoz worked for Codina Real Estate Management and Panther Management Group.

Also in South Florida, the company has hired Dominic Montazemi as a financial analyst for the company's investment services group, based in Boca Raton. Montazemi will assist the company's IS team. In addition, Allison Smith was promoted to research analyst and will be responsible for South Florida research and the production of the company's proprietary market research publication, MarketScope. And to support its growth, Trammell Crow has hired Mary Rojas as a human resources coordinator for the South Florida area. Rojas will be based in the city and will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources administration, recruiting, payroll and benefits in South Florida.
