Already, the first phase of NoMa Corridor, the 408,000-sf One NoMa Station, has gotten underway. The dual-phase project occupies a seven-acre parcel, the largest block of contiguous space in the city, and features the 408,000-sf office building, as well as build-to-suit options of up to 400,000 sf in size. CB Richard Ellis is handling leasing activity at One NoMa Station and Spaulding & Slye Colliers is on board as property manager.
