Center Lights a Fire Under NoMa Corridor Development Efforts

WASHINGTON, DC-NoMa Corridor Marketing Center, an endeavor led by commercial real estate developer and investor Bristol Group Inc, has opened its doors at One NoMa station to spearhead the development of this 55-acre area that sits north of Massachusetts Ave. “NoMa is one of the last locations for significant growth and new development in the Washington, DC-area and is considered prime locale for a new concentration of General Services Administration activity,” Bristol Group project manager Andrew Pellman notes in a recent statement at the opening of the marketing facility.

Already, the first phase of NoMa Corridor, the 408,000-sf One NoMa Station, has gotten underway. The dual-phase project occupies a seven-acre parcel, the largest block of contiguous space in the city, and features the 408,000-sf office building, as well as build-to-suit options of up to 400,000 sf in size. CB Richard Ellis is handling leasing activity at One NoMa Station and Spaulding & Slye Colliers is on board as property manager.
