The project will bring an additional 120 new units to the 240-unit property of market-rate apartments, and Clark's Gary Katchmer tells GlobeSt.com that the development will cost $7 million. "This is the second of three phases," Katchmer adds. "Together, Phase II and Phase III will provide 240 more units and a new recreation area." Mill Pond Village, which features a community center and fitness facility and sits within close proximity to Salisbury State University, provides convenient access to such area attractions as Assoteague National Wildlife Refuge, and the Ocean City, MD and Delaware beaches.
