Pru Mortgage Names Hall, Hensley to Special Teams

ATLANTA-Prudential Mortgage Capital Co. is placing two experienced professionals in charge of its Core South Origination Team. Randy Hall, a regional underwriting manager for capital markets here, will lead the team which is based in the city. Jim Hensley, also based here, will head the Florida originations sector.

Hall joined Prudential in 1988 and has also worked in mortgage asset management, portfolio management and originations. He holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina.

Hall, a company principal, is responsible for originations, platform developments and marketing across all of Prudential’s capital sources for Southeast markets that include Georgia, North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama.
