Ford will direct Wells' overall financing operations and strategy, including oversight of accounting, investor relations, treasury and risk management. He brings more than 20 years of experience to his new position. Ford has held senior corporate posts in sales, operations, financial management, information technology and organizational development.

Ford is also a former chief financial officer and chief information officer for Curtis 1000 and a former executive vice president and chief operations officer with Milestone Capital Corp.
He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee where he received his undergraduate degree in business administration. Ford completed his MBA at Vanderbilt University and earned a doctorate in executive management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. He is also a certified public accountant.
