With almost 14,000 sf, three floors and seating for 400, the new Applebee's will feature a reception area and bar on the first floor, restaurant seating on the second, and banquet space on the third floor. It will include two bars, two kitchens and an additional private room off the banquet room. It is expected to have 300 part- and full-time employees, at the location previously occupied by Lundy's of Brooklyn. By comparison, the average size for an Applebee's is 6,500 sf.
