Strategic Properties, located at 815 N.W. 57th Ave., Suite 405, has two projects in the planning stages. One is the Windsor, a 106-unit condominium development with 7,000 sf of street-level retail. It will be located on Douglas Road and Southwest 16th Street. The other project is Miami Springs Village, a mixed-use development consisting of a 49,789-sf supermarket, 276 condominium units and a 138-unit rental apartment building. This project will be located on Curtis Parkway in Miami Springs.

Pino was co-developer of several projects such as Summit Brickell, Douglas Grand, Brickell View, the Aston and 610 Clematis.

Pino started his career with BEC Construction Corp. While there, he formed the BEC Group, the company's development arm, and was responsible for the company's development activities.

In March 1999, Pino joined with the architectural firm Bermello, Ajamil & Partners to form BAP Development where he was responsible for the company's operations.
