BAP Development Co-founder Forms Own Company

MIAMI-Henry Pino has left BAP to start Strategic Properties Inc. He is pursuing targeted urban in-fill mixed-use development opportunities. Strategic Properties has two mixed-use projects in the planning stages.

MIAMI-Henry Pino, co-founder of South Florida-based BAP Development Inc., has left the developer to form Strategic Properties Inc. In this venture, Pino will pursue targeted urban in-fill mixed-use development opportunities.

Strategic Properties, located at 815 N.W. 57th Ave., Suite 405, has two projects in the planning stages. One is the Windsor, a 106-unit condominium development with 7,000 sf of street-level retail. It will be located on Douglas Road and Southwest 16th Street. The other project is Miami Springs Village, a mixed-use development consisting of a 49,789-sf supermarket, 276 condominium units and a 138-unit rental apartment building. This project will be located on Curtis Parkway in Miami Springs.

Pino was co-developer of several projects such as Summit Brickell, Douglas Grand, Brickell View, the Aston and 610 Clematis.
