The new letting, worth £1.06 million ($1.76 million), hands an over-riding lease for the whole of Windsor Court to BEA, which has simultaneously completed a new sub-letting to National Starch & Chemical on part of the second floor. The deal represents a headline figure of £24 ($40) per sf with an initial rent-free period of four months.

Neil Harris, Head of Asset Management at Nelson Bakewell, who negotiated on behalf of landlord Henderson Global Investors said: "This is the second deal of this type at Kingsmead in the last 12 months. By remaining in regular contact with tenants we have been able to take positive steps in a difficult market, minimising voids and allowing successful tenants to grow within the development."
