City Gives Green Light to Jade Beach Tower

SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FL-The city has approved the $240 million, 248-unit Jade Beach tower. Colonial Bank is providing the $17 million land loan. The project's sales center is set to open this fall.

SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FL-The City of Sunny Isles Beach has granted zoning approval for Jade Beach, a $240 million, 53-story, 248-unit oceanfront luxury condominium planned for the city. In addition, the tower’s developer, Fortune International, has received a $17 million land loan from Colonial Bank.

Jade Beach’s sales center is set to open this fall. Targeting the high-end buyer, Jade Beach residence prices will start in the $400,000s, although pricing and floor plans are in the preliminary planning stages.

The residential tower is being developed on the heels of its successful sister property, Jade Residences at Brickell Bay–a 48-story, 326-residence condo project currently under construction in Downtown Miami. Prices for residences at that project range from the $400,000s to more than $4 million.
