Pharmaceuticals distributor DDD Group has taken three units totalling 32,625 sf on a 15-year lease at £8.50 ($14) per sf. The Vehicle Inspectorate has taken a 6,365-sf unit for 10 years at a rent of £9 ($15) per sf and 360 Relocations has taken a 6,510-sf unit on a 10-year lease also at a rent of £9 ($15) per sf.
The lettings leave just two units, totalling 18,693 sf, available at Caxton Court, which is located next to Croxley Business Park close to the M25. Joint letting agents, Holley Blake and Stimpsons are currently quoting rents of £8.50 ($14) to £9 ($15) per sf.
