"This property at one time drew mostly textile industry companies as tenants. While those companies remain as valued customers, professional service entities such as law and accounting firms are also attracted to the building's recent physical enhancements and its superb location."

The leases include New York accounting firm Hecht & Company renewing for 18,200 sf for three years and newcomer Platzer Swergold Karlin Levine Goldberg & Jaslow LLP, a local-based law firm, which signed a 10-year lease for 14,100 sf. Louisville Bedding Co., manufacturer of bedding materials, renewed 10,700 sf for 10 years, the law firm of Silverberg Stonehill Goldsmith renewed its 7,400 sf for three years. Another bedding manufacturer, the Carpenter Co. signed a five-year renewal for 4,900 sf. Including these five leases, since 2003 the company has executed 12 lease transactions totaling approximately 80,000 sf at the property.

Trizec's director of leasing David Kaufman represented the company on all the transactions.
