Rents at the park are from $13 for class B+ space, the type of space the company is taking. Based on that, the Zellweger lease is estimated to be worth a minimum of $604,110.

More than 50 employees have begun moving into the space, located at 400 Sawgrass Parkway and the move is expected to be completed by the end of this month. At this new location, the firm is consolidating its offices in Miramar, FL, Atlanta, and Lincolnshire, IL.

Zellweger Analytics brands include Lumidor, MDA, Neotronics and Sieger. The company, based in Switzerland, is using this space as its Americas Business Center.The property owner is Camtech Associates JV, a Stiles Corp. partnership based in Fort Lauderdale and Stiles Realty leasing agent Felicia Rifenburgh handled the transaction.Stiles launched the 612-acre Sawgrass International Corporate Park in 1987. Other tenants at the park, which also has class A space, include Sears, McArthur Dairy, Nortel, Owens & Minor, Vista Health Plans, Union Bank, Sprint, Marsh USA, Interim Healthcare, CIGNA Healthcare and Pediatrix Medical Group.
