Whiting-Turner, founded in 1909, is a full-service company noted for such recent West Palm Beach-area projects as CityPlace, MBNA Southern Regional Headquarters and Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.

The Mediterranean-style condo project, being developed by BAP Development Inc. at the intersection of Clematis Street and Rosemary Avenue, near CityPlace, will consist of 246 units on eight stories.

"Whiting-Turner is committed to meeting our goals, and their team work and hands-on approach mirrors the way we conduct our business, so we are confident that this project will prove to be as seamless as their prior successes," said BAP Development President Willy A. Bermello.

The project's one-, two- and three-bedroom flats, two-story loft units, and one- and two-bedroom ground-floor walk-up units will range in size from 738 sf to 2,035 sf. Residence prices begin at $215,000. The project is planning a ground-breaking ceremony Oct. 22 and is scheduled to be delivered by December 2004.
