Condo Project Names General Contractor

WEST PALM BEACH, FL-Whiting-Turner Contracting Co., a 94-year-old firm, is building 610 Clematis, a $55 million luxury project here that is scheduled to be delivered by December 2004. BAP Development Inc. is the developer.

WEST PALM BEACH, FL-Whiting-Turner Contracting Co. has been named the general contractor for 610 Clematis, a $55 million luxury condominium project being developed here.

Whiting-Turner, founded in 1909, is a full-service company noted for such recent West Palm Beach-area projects as CityPlace, MBNA Southern Regional Headquarters and Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.

The Mediterranean-style condo project, being developed by BAP Development Inc. at the intersection of Clematis Street and Rosemary Avenue, near CityPlace, will consist of 246 units on eight stories.
