In Jefferson, the county seat, Dewey White of Norcross plans 312 apartments on 64 acres near Interstate 85 and GA 129 on Concord Road, an artery that will be constructed by Jackson County, according to the Quad Cities Planning and Development Commission.
In Pendergrast, Tolbert Residential plans a 200-unit residential subdivision on 50 acres on GA 332 at Gary Watson Road. Another Pendergrast development is planned by Talmo Developers LLC which wants to build a 420-home, 131-acre subdivision at John B. Brooks Road and GA 332.
In the same location, Collier Properties LLC plans a two-building, 862,800-sf warehouse and distribution complex on 61 acres.
