"We have some space left available, 2,400 sf, so the center is nearly 99% leased," Divaris's Brenda Martin tells GlobeSt.com. Divaris handles leasing and management activities at Colonial Square on behalf of property owner Colonial Square Associates LLC. Space at the retail destination leases for about $16 to $18 per sf.
Described by Divaris as "the area's premier grocery anchored shopping center," Colonial Square sits at 3107 Boulevard, off of Ellerslie Ave. The site is in central Virginia, just 25 miles south of Richmond. The mini-mall type structure was developed in 1967, and has a current assessed value of nearly $9 million, including the land.
