MortgageFlex CEO Lester Dominick says the deal was done due to customer demand. "Many of our customers were looking for a solution that incorporates leading edge functionality, technology and compliance," Dominick says.

The partnership "gives customers the advantage from a compliance and cost standpoint," he says. "They can feel confident that the tools, edits and calculations built into both systems will ensure a compliant cost efficient solution to their origination operations."

MortgageFlex, a 23-year-old software and systems developer, offers lenders a full suite of loan origination products, "from Point of Sale to Servicing, using proven technologies, delivering the best solution to the challenges provided by the industry," Dominick says.

DocuTech, a 12-year-old provider of compliance services and documentation technology, offers automated calculations, document previews and invisible data integrity tests "to provide users with compliance checks and data validation at their fingertips," says Tim Anderson, executive vice president of eMortgage Solutions at DocuTech.
