Northwest Sector Ropes Two Industrial Pacts

HOUSTON-Volume Millwork relocates from the suburb of Tomball into a 23,500-sf spot in the Northwest Green Business Park, making a five-year commitment for production and office space. A seismic data services company takes 5,292 sf for three years.

HOUSTON-A duet of industrial leases for the northwest submarket has cornered final signatures, with the largest deal driving a relocation into 23,500 sf in a business park closer to the Houston city limits.

Volume Millwork Inc., a maker of countertops and ticket stands for customers like Continental Airlines, moved from Tomball, a northwestern suburb, into 23,500 sf at 7610 Prairie Oak in the Northwest Green Business Park. Troy Collins and Clay Pritchett, both with Yancey-Hausman of Houston, represented the tenant. Tyndall Yaap and Thad Hickman, with the Houston office of Grubb & Ellis Co., negotiated for the building owner, Capital Commercial Investments Inc. of Austin.
