Curves for Women will serve as an extension to the condo's in-house fitness center for female residents of The Aston. The company is waiving the initial membership fee. Franchise owner Zully Castro plans to open the 2,100-sf facility by January.
Il Rio Café. a full-service café and real estate office, will offer a light menu featuring French and Italian fare. In addition, customers can preview new and pre-construction developments in the city. The location also will host pre-construction and closeout events. The company's partners are Jaime O. Gomez Jr. and Clara Berlinsky.
Mobil Art furniture store also is taking 4,600 sf. The store will feature home furnishings from Spain and Italy. The owner is Jose Lobon, who also owns a store in Fort Lauderdale.
The Aston, recently completed, was developed by BAP Development.
