Kramer joined Smith Mack as an associate in 1993 and was promoted to SVP in 1999. During his tenure he represented such major Center City landlords as HUB Properties Trust, Amerimar Enterprises and Archon Atlantic. Among the transactions that have made him Smith Mack broker of the year six times are American Business Financial Services' move from the suburbs to 225,000 sf in Center City and a lease for more than 100,000 sf for the Army Corps of Engineers. He also brokered Tower Records' move to South Broad St.

Reid Blynn is Smith Mack's principal and CEO. The firm has offices in Wayne, PA, Wilmington, DE and southern New Jersey, in addition to Center City. It recently dropped its affiliation with Oncor International to join the GVA Worldwide partnership.
