The property is located within the Metro Parkway Corridor at 12034 Metro Parkway. The building was completed earlier this year and was built with intentions to lease it out.

This building is Traditional Floorcovering's first location in the Southwest Florida region, and the company will be using this location as its Southwest Florida distribution center for its flooring products. In all, Traditional Floorcovering, based in Orlando, has 12 locations in the state.

MIM Properties is based in Fort Lauderdale.
