The wire and cable manufacturer will relocate from 8605 Park City Loop to 10633 W. Little York, a Vantage Cos.-owned property. AmerCable makes flexible electrical power and control cables for use for heavy-operating applications like mining, tunneling, shipboard and marine installation and offshore drilling. The newly leased space will be used for general sales, office, storage, distribution and light manufacturing.

David Besserer of Dallas-based DMC Corporate Services represented AmerCable in the lease negotiations for office/warehouse space in a 273,110-sf building in Bondesen's distribution center section. Steve Jaggard and Brad Berry, both with Vantage Cos. Houston, negotiated terms for the building owner of record, Vantage Development 24 Inc.

The new deal pushes occupancy to 53% for the park's distribution component, says a Vantage spokeswoman. The park's quoted rate for office/warehouse space is $6 per sf triple net annually and $4.08 per sf triple net for distribution space.
