Recently, Blasi was chairwoman of the ICSC Florida conference in Orlando and also was chairwoman of its State Government Relations Committee. She also served on other ICSC Florida committees, including the South Florida Idea Exchange, the Conference of the Americas and the National Government Relations committees.
At Codina, Blasi oversees business development and manages its daily operations. This includes the management of Town & Country Center, among other commercial real estate facilities.
Blasi also is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Industrial Association of Dade County.
ICSC, the global trade association for the shopping center industry, has 44,000 members in the US, Canada and 70-plus other countries. Members include shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers and other professionals.
