CBRE Wins DiamondView Tower Leasing Contract

SAN DIEGO-Cisterra Partners chooses CB Richard Ellis to assist with both marketing and leasing efforts at DiamondView Tower, an $80-million office project slated for completion in early 2006.

SAN DIEGO-Although completion of Cisterra Partners’ DiamondView Tower office project is still more than two years away, the San Diego-based developer is getting a jump on marketing efforts, having recently hired CB Richard Ellis to assist with both marketing and leasing responsibilities at the $80-million development.

“CB Richard Ellis is delighted to be a part of the most exciting project to be built in San Diego in many years,” says Kraig Kristofferson, a senior vice president with the firm. “It is expected to draw tenants back downtown looking to experience firsthand the tremendous energy, excitement and interaction of the downtown renaissance and reversing a trend of no downtown office development in the past 12 years.”
