URS Corp. expanded its space at 7650 Corporate Center Dr. by 8,979 sf. The lease is for six years and four months and Alisa Waerlop of Studley represented URS in this deal; ConAgra Foods Inc. signed a three-year lease for 2,011 sf at 7200 Corporate Center Dr.; and Pinnacle International Investments Inc. leased 2,678 sf at 7300 Corporate Center Dr. for five years and one month. Robert Meneses and Patricia Marquez of WestVest Associates represented Pinnacle International Investments in the transaction.
Additionally, Mailcreations.com Inc. extended its term, expanded and relocated to 3,216 sf at 7300 Corporate Center Dr. The lease is for three years and one month; American Securities Administrative Services extended its term, expanded and relocated to 2,091 sf at 7205 Corporate Center Dr. The lease has a five-year, seven-month term and Scott Minchew of Scott Minchew and Co. represented American Securities Administrative Services in the transaction; International Reinsurance Managers extended its term and expanded into 6,260 sf at 7205 Corporate Center Dr. The lease has a five-year term and Minchew represented International Reinsurance Managers; and International Managed Care Services extended its term for 2,663 sf at 7205 Corporate Center Dr. The lease carries a three-year, seven-month term and Minchew represented International Managed Care Services.
"Over the last 12 months, we have witnessed tremendous leasing activity at Airport Corporate," according to Richard Bamonte, a senior associate with CBRE who oversees the leasing of the park. "We are successfully attracting a diverse mix of prominent companies within the marketplace."
Airport Corporate Center, which has office, flex and warehouse space in 11 buildings, is located at the western edge of Miami International Airport. In the second quarter, 127,698 sf in leases with existing tenants were signed at the park. In the last year, the park completed more than 290,000 sf in leasing deals.
