The building, located at 9700 S. Dadeland Blvd., consists of about 65,000 sf of office space and a four-story parking garage. The 11-story building, built in 1982, is a class B suburban office building. It was approximately 88% occupied at press time and tenants include Cingular Wireless and LanChile Air--which occupy 49% of the building.
Dadeland Plaza LLC is an entity controlled by CR Partners IV LLC.Jack Lowell and Angelo Gonzalez of Codina Realty Services Oncor International and Tere Blanca de Ulloa, who formerly was with Codina Realty Services, represented Dadeland Executive Center Inc. in the transaction. Stephen H. Smith, Phyllis McHenry and Levy Wong of The ComReal Cos., represented Dadeland Plaza LLC in the sale.
