Area brokers tell GlobeSt.com the contract price for the property at 150 Ottley Dr. is below replacement cost. "There was a lot of interest (by potential buyers) and luckily we heard about it within a day of when it was listed," a representative of Blooming Cookies tells GlobeSt.com.
"We had been looking for a new location for four years," says King who founded the business in October 1984. "The new (one-story) building gives us room to grow and fits this business perfectly." Blooming Cookies is moving from 502 Amsterdam Ave.
Ottley Drive Associates LLC was the seller.
