New Firm Steps in to Take Over Leasing at Fallsgrove Office Development

ROCKVILLE, MD-The Fallsgrove Office Project–a 440,000-sf, three-building office property within a grand mixed-use development spearheaded by Lerner Enterprise–has gotten a new leasing agent with real estate services firm CB Richard Ellis’s commitment to come aboard the project. Lerner tapped the agency to handle activities at Fallsgrove Office Project’s existing 75,000-sf Fallsgrove Village Office Center, and the soon-to-be-developed Fallsgrove Corporate Center and Fallsgrove Executive Plaza. CBRE spokesperson Liz Wainger of Liz Wainger Communications tells GlobeSt.com that real estate services company Grubb & Ellis handled leasing for Fallsgrove Village Office Center before CBRE was tapped for the position.
