International Sales Group is Alaqua's exclusive sales and marketing organization.
Alaqua is the first development in the Miami area for Orlando-based GDC Premier Communities of Florida's. The architecture firm Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa of Miami Lakes, is designing the project.
The building will be built at three elevations. The Mediterranean-inspired property will have terracotta stucco, a landscaped courtyard and fountain features. The one- to three-bedroom units range from 900 sf to 1,900 sf. Prices start in the $300,000s.
Amenities include an 1,800-sf fitness center overlooking the waterway, a resident clubroom with an adjoining kitchen, a landscaped promenade, an oversized pool, a heated spa, a fountain, a 24-hour guard, and valet and housekeeping services.
