Developers Agree to Build Bus Hub

MCDONOUGH, GA-Atlanta-based developers Central Henry LLC and Kirkland Road LLC are preparing to break ground by year end on an estimated $750,000, 400-space Park-N-Ride lot in this suburban city for the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority near its planned Avalon subdivision in Henry County.

MCDONOUGH, GA-The Georgia Regional Transportation Authority will be using a new Park-N-Ride bus terminal next year, courtesy of Atlanta-developers Central Henry LLC and Kirkland Road LLC.

Industrial brokers familiar with the developers’ planned Avalon subdivision tell GlobeSt.com Central and Kirkland plan to break ground on the estimated $750,000, 400-space project by year end in this suburban city. The site is near the intersections of GA 81 and GA 20.
