The Parc at Turnberry Isle will consist of two 22-story condominium towers containing a total of 111 residences. The community is being developed at 19400 Turnberry Way on the last undeveloped parcel on Turnberry Isle. Groundbreaking is planned for this fall, and occupancy is scheduled for 2005.

The community offers two- and three-bedroom homes ranging in size from 1,425 sf to 1,825 sf. They are priced from $400,000, with penthouse suites priced from $900,000. The Parc at Turnberry Isle amenities include 24-hour security, valet and concierge services, a health and fitness center with a dry sauna, steam and massage rooms, a heated pool and an outdoor spa in a tropical garden, a summer kitchen, a social lounge and ballroom, a business center and a children's play area.

The Parc at Turnberry Isle is the US debut of CABI Developers, the locally based US subsidiary of GICSA, a developer based in Mexico. The 14-year-old developer also is developing Country Club Center, a $15 million, 10-story office building on Country Club Drive in the city, and has partnered with Turnberry Associates to build Turnberry Ocean Colony in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. In addition, the developer purchased land in South Florida's Downtown Miami and Fort Lauderdale for future projects.
