Also joining the leasing group as an associate is Traci E. Jenks, a former senior manager in business recruitment in the Cornerstone Division of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Among the office properties in TCC's leasing portfolio are several signature local buildings including the 317,837-sf Enterprise Center, the 224,000-sf 550 Water Street building and the 703,391-sf II Prudential Plaza. Industrial properties include the Interstate Distribution Center, Interstate South Commerce Center and Broadway Center.
A TCC professional since 1996, Crolius most recently served as the transaction manger for TCC's Boeing Co. account in the Northwest which comprises 56 million sf of leased and owned properties in five states and western Canada. The broker previously oversaw project leasing services on Kirkland 405 Corporate Center, a 600,000-sf, class A office tower located in the Kirkland submarket of Seattle.
Prior to joining TCC, Crolius was an asset manager at Century Pacific Real Estate Advisor. He has structured leasing and sale deals totaling more than $100 million throughout the Puget Sound region, according to Paul Ellis, a TCC principal and North Florida area director.
Crolius is a licensed real estate broker; he holds a bachelor of arts degree from Claremont McKenna College in California; and he is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
Jenks brings an equally impressive background to TCC. She was part of the economic development team at the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce that helped bring Fidelity National Financial, Basis 100, Option One Mortgage and Craig Is to the metro area. Jenks is a former marketing associate at Lincoln Property Co. and a former real estate asset manager and relocation specialist with Barnett Banks Inc.
She holds a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Georgia and is a member of the local chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and CORNET Global. Jenks also holds a CCIM designation and is a trustee of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce.
