Trammell Crow Expands Jacksonville Office

JACKSONVILLE, FL-Trammell Crow Co. is beefing up its leasing division here with the appointment of Peter Crolius as head of the project leasing services group that overseas 800,000 sf of office and industrial space in Northeast Florida. Crolius is relocating from Seattle where he is a vice president in the firm’s business unit.

Also joining the leasing group as an associate is Traci E. Jenks, a former senior manager in business recruitment in the Cornerstone Division of the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Among the office properties in TCC’s leasing portfolio are several signature local buildings including the 317,837-sf Enterprise Center, the 224,000-sf 550 Water Street building and the 703,391-sf II Prudential Plaza. Industrial properties include the Interstate Distribution Center, Interstate South Commerce Center and Broadway Center.
