Bryan leaves JLL as senior vice president and Florida region manager to become senior vice president of asset management at CNLR, whose portfolio includes 350 properties housing 111 tenants in 39 states with a gross leasable area of about 7.4 million sf.

At CNLR, Bryan will help the company broaden its office and industrial holdings, a move the firm already started earlier this year, says company president Gary M. Ralston. In July, CNLR bought two fully leased office buildings totaling 540,707 sf and a two-story parking garage in Washington, DC. This $142.8 million acquisition was CNLR's entry into the office investment field, as GlobeSt.com previously reported.

Bryan's background includes 30 years as a broker, consultant and developer in Central Florida. At JLL, he oversaw numerous major transactions, including luring Sunshine Network, a Fox Sports division, from the 400,000-sf, 28-story Bank of America Tower Downtown to the Uptown 220,000-sf, 16-story Gateway Center last year.

Sunshine leased 10,000 sf on the 16th floor of Gateway Center for eight years at an estimated aggregate rent of $2.13 million, as GlobeSt.com previously reported.
