Boeing's real estate subsidiary Boeing Realty has handed the disposition assignment to Pacific Real Estate Partners' brokers Bill Pollard, Ann Chamberlin, Stuart Williams and Dan Foster. Chamberlin tells GlobeSt.com an offering memorandum is in the works.

Zones Inc., an online and catalog reseller of computers and computer accessories, recently leased 106,000 sf in the building for its headquarters. The Boeing Co. leases the remainder of the space.

In addition to Auburn 239, Boeing is also looking for a user to lease or buy Auburn Commerce 240, a 30,000-sf high-tech industrial facility also in the Auburn 400 Corporate Park. Boeing spokesman Dean Tougas tells GlobeSt.com that Boeing still has some activity in the building, but that it would vacate the space when a lease or sale agreement is signed. An asking price has not yet been determined.
