The Vortex Group LLC principals Frederick Marek, Scott Grayson and Vincent Tuminelli represented Coller in the lease negotiation. According to Grayson, Coller will house its operations in a portion of the fifth floor and use the space to develop its business. The firm currently has more than $3.5 billion under management on behalf of the world's largest corporate and institutional investors. Two senior executives were brought over to the New York office and the company expects to hire at least 15 additional staff members.
"The Park Avenue office is Coller's first outside its office in Cavendish Square," says Grayson, and so it was essential that they have a first-class location to service their growing global business. New York was the only city on their list, and we see leases such as this as one more indication of New York's role as the world financial leader."
