British Firm Opens Manhattan Home

NEW YORK CITY-British investment firm Coller Capital branches out from the European marketplace taking 4,000 sf at 410 Park Ave. for its US headquarters.

NEW YORK CITY-London-based investment specialist Coller Capital Inc has opened its US headquarters at 410 Park Ave. According to industry sources, the total lease value for the short-term deal is just under a million dollars.

The Vortex Group LLC principals Frederick Marek, Scott Grayson and Vincent Tuminelli represented Coller in the lease negotiation. According to Grayson, Coller will house its operations in a portion of the fifth floor and use the space to develop its business. The firm currently has more than $3.5 billion under management on behalf of the world’s largest corporate and institutional investors. Two senior executives were brought over to the New York office and the company expects to hire at least 15 additional staff members.
