The private cabana club will be located at 1924 N. Ocean Blvd., directly across the street from Vue's two residential towers. The club, open exclusively to Vue residents, will feature 23 private cabanas, direct access to the ocean and a pool deck with an oceanfront pool and Jacuzzi. Each cabana will have a full bathroom, refrigerator, air conditioning and a private terrace with an ocean view. The cabanas will be for sale to Vue residents and will be maintained by the condominium's management.

Vue Residences & Beach Club will feature 157 units in two 15-story towers located at 2011 and 2025 N. Ocean Blvd. The developer is Cornerstone Premier Communities, the luxury residential arm of the Cornerstone Group, a large multifamily developer based in Coral Gables. Occupancy is set for the first quarter of 2005.
