The dealers' company, Boyland Brown Properties LLC, is leasing 7.3 acres between Interstate 4 and Millenia Boulevard for 20 years. The deal gives the dealers an option to buy the land at a later date and options to renew the site after the initial 20-year lease term expires, William E. Parke, SVP of Carter & Associates, tells GlobeSt.com.

Parke and broker Tom Morse of Realvest Partners Inc. negotiated for Boyland Brown Properties. Rife Miller & Associates represented landowner Cameron Group Associates LLC.

When completed in April 2004, the 46,000-sf, full-service Mercedes- Benz of South Orlando at Conroy Road and Interstate 4 will be the city's second Mercedes-Benz dealership. Boyland owns eight auto dealerships in Washington, Oregon and Wisconsin. Brown owned a dealership in Atlanta.
