Medical Supplier's $2M Sets Up Phoenix Shop

PHOENIX-A California dialysis products supplier spends $2.4 million for a two-building, 107,000-sf office/warehouse complex in the southwest submarket to set up a regional headquarters and production facility in a rail-served building.

PHOENIX-A leading Southern California maker of dialysis products has moved into the metro market with the $2.4-million acquisition of a two-building, 107,000-sf office/ warehouse complex for its expanded production operation.

Discount Medical Supply, a distributor of Diasol products, will make the 310 S. 43rd Ave. property its new metro-area regional headquarters when it moves into 47,000 sf in November, Skip Corley Jr., with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com. The rest of the property is leased to Team Two Design, a furniture manufacturer.
