In the volunteer position, Ford will be the second-highest ranking executive within BOMA International, reporting to chairman John P.Kelly. Ford's duties include participating in the management of all aspects of BOMA International, including programs, conferences, councils and tasks forces.

Ford is currently responsible for overseeing management of owner-occupied properties totaling 100 million sf in the US. He also serves as a mentor to C&W directors in the Northeast region. Ford is also involved with many of C&W's e-commerce initiatives and serves in a supervisory/advisory capacity for the services provided to Prudential Insurance, Lucent Technologies and Metropolitan Life.

Founded in 1907, BOMA International is an international federation of more than 100local associations. The 18,500-plus members own or manage more than nine billion square feet of downtown and suburban commercial properties and facilities in North America and abroad.
