AAMG Takes 100,000 SF in Notable Broward County Deal

SUNRISE, FL-In perhaps the largest office lease in Broward County this year based on sf, ABN AMRO Mortgage Group Inc. has signed a 100,000-sf, long-term office lease valued at more than $22 million at Sawgrass Pointe here. AAMG also has an option to lease an extra 80,000 sf in the six-story, 240,000-sf, class A office building, which is located at 1000 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway.

AAMG, a mortgage loan producer and provider of related services, currently has about 500 employees in the city. With the Sawgrass Pointe lease, the company could add up to 500 additional jobs in the next three years. That move would make AAMG one of the largest private companies in the county.
