McAlpine Unveils New West Midlands Industrial Scheme

LONDON-Alfred McAlpine Developments has unveiled one of the largest industrial developments in the West Midlands in recent years. The Brook Point industrial park in Wolverhampton will extend to 740,500 sf.

LONDON-Alfred McAlpine Developments has released details of its Brook Point industrial park in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. The 740,500-sf scheme is one of the largest such schemes in recent years.

Following site remediation, carried out in conjunction with the regeneration agency Advantage West Midlands, work is about to begin on Phase One which will cover an area of 174,200 sf. This will see the construction of two industrial units of 20,000 and 30,000 sf which are believed to be the only speculative industrial developments to commence on site in the West Midlands during 2003. They are scheduled for completion in February 2004.
