The sublessee will occupy 14,098 sf at the property, which is located at 2355 Northside Dr. in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. Century 21 Award plans to move into its new space later this month.
Vince Provenzano and Shirley Kanamu of Award Commercial Properties acted on behalf of Century 21 Award in the recent transaction. Patrick Rohan and Aaron Buczek spoke on behalf of the sublessor, Sentra Securities, cooperating with Travers Realty in Los Angeles.
The new Mission Valley office will mark the newest Century 21 Award branch to open in San Diego County. According to the firm's website, it currently operates 11 offices throughout the region, including locations in North Coastal, Del Mar, La Jolla/Golden Triangle, Escondido, East County and South Bay.
Through its team of more than 800 associates, Century 21 Award facilitates transactions for homebuyers and sellers throughout San Diego County. Established in 1969, the company is an independently owned Century 21 firm.
