JDS Uniphase Sells 72,000-SF Building

EWING TWP., NJ-JDS Uniphase Corp., the laser subsystems and fiber optics company, has sold its 72,300-sf office, clean room and production facility in the I-95 corridor here, to Trillium Realty Advisors of Hopewell, NJ. Steve Tolcash, senior partner of Buschman Partners, Princeton, NJ, repped the seller. The parties declined to release the sale price.

The facility consists of about 37,000 sf of office space and 36,000 sf of production and clean room space, according to Tolcash. The building sits on just over six acres, and the sale also includes an adjacent three-acre parcel that can be used for expansion.

And the new owner is looking for some tenants to fill the currently vacant building. Tolcash is working with Trillium’s Ray Disch and Paul McArthur to market the facility for single or multiple tenants.
