NAI KLNB's David Fritz tells GlobeSt.com that it is "offering finished office space at $14.25 per sf, triple net." The single-story facility will front MD Rte. 100 in an area of Howard County that is southwest of Baltimore.
"We are targeting a variety of businesses that are looking for first-floor accessibility to their office space, and require a strategic location in the Baltimore-Washington corridor," Fritz notes in a prepared statement. "We anticipate attracting a number of medium-sized users in the 10-20,000-sf range, wanting to locate within the triangle of BWI Airport, Columbia and Ft. Meade."
